Private villa offered for rent in two levels 320 sq.m. This villa can host up to 18 guests, so it perfectly fits for few families or a large group travelling together. Standing within walking distance from a sandy beach, this villa at the same time guarantees privacy and comfort to the guests.

The ground level opens with a spacious living area, dining zone and large kitchen. Two bedrooms with a king size bed and individual bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa, which sleeps 2 more guests and a small living room. Both bathrooms have hydromassage tub and with luxury amenities.

The first floor with 4 spacious bedrooms. They have 1 double or 2 single beds, some with a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Each one is air-conditioned, featuring a 32’’ TV, a DVD player and have access to a balcony. All of them have ensuite bathroom with hydromassage tub. There is also a royal 28 sq. m. bathroom with round floor SPA-tub, surrounded by 5 arched windows, 4 ancient Greek columns, double sink and two very big gold plate chandeliers.

Garden around the villa is full of flowers and trees, with few dining and lounge areas, connected via paved paths. Highlight of the villa is the swimming pool, which is heated when cold weather. Hammocks, sunloungers and umbrellas provided for guests’ convenience. Perfect place to relax, sunbath or dine alfresco. There is also equipped barbeque place and a shaded pergola with dining table.

Standing on its’ own gated grounds, it is an the ideal secluded location for a relaxing holiday, enjoying beautiful views of the sea and mountains.

An addittional charge of 50€/ per person / per night applies when exceeding the number of 12 guests. Maximum is 14 guests. For an extra person is 50€ per night.

March, April, May, 15 – 30 September, October, November, rate for 8 guests is €350 per night for 4 bedrooms.
