The villa has four floors offering in total 20 bedrooms with 16 bathrooms. Some bedrooms are furnished with extra sofas. The price changes according to the number of guests. 
On the first floor, there is a large lounge with sitting room and dining area. Huge kitchen comes with professional equipment (specially made for large parties). Additionally, one more kitchen offers more cooking facilities. Two washing machines are installed to do laundry. For our little guests – a covered playground with swings and different toys is arranged.

Villa just 10 minutes by car to the beach and a village with essential amenities. Within 25-minute drive you can reach famous seaside, which has wide choice of shops, restaurants, grill taverns and night life. Moreover, you can to Athens downtown in half an hour and visit famous Acropolis and Plaka.
