This spacious 4 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 12 GUESTS.

The MAIN VILLA is suitable for 7 guests. It has 2 floors and consists of:

3 bedrooms (2 double and one triple),
2 complete bathrooms 1 with Jacuzzi bathtub and one with shower.
A fully – equipped kitchen with dining area
A very spacious and comfortable lounge room, with fireplace, hi-fi system and satellite 48 ins Smart TV.
Lounge, kitchen, one of the double bedrooms with bathtub are on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms, the shower room and the laundry room are on the upper floor.
The villa is spacious, airy and fully air-conditioned.

Next to the villa there is a DETACHED STUDIO (as luxurious as the villa) with a double bed, shower, kitchen and lounge, if the rental requires 8-9 persons.

In the event that extra beds are required, there are 2 three-sitter couches (in the studio) which convert into double beds (1.40 m wide) and can accommodate 3 persons more (up to 12 guests).

The studio is not given independently but only on demand of the client who has rented the villa.
All rooms (bedrooms, lounge rooms etc.) are fully air-conditioned and are free of charge.

Well- Kept gardens surround the villa and include, a B-B-Q area and facilities, gazebo (sheltered area) for relaxation, both adjoined to a private swimming pool with sunbeds.
