Entering the villa there is a living area on the left and an open plan fully equipped kitchen on the left as well as a dining area. French doors lead to the terrace where is comfortable patio furniture and a dining table where you can enjoy all meals of the day under the shaded pergola. Next to the pool which has a size of some 25 sqm, there are umbrellas and sunbeds. Further on there is a twin bedroom and a shower/WC.

An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there is another twin beds bedroom with en suite shower/WC and a wonderful veranda with patio furniture and beautiful views of the Cretan Sea.

On the lowest level of the villa, there is another twin beds bedroom and a shower/ WC as well an open plan room where is a table tennis.

All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and have a modern plasma TV. Also, they have twin beds that can be turned into a double bed with an extra mattress that we can offer.
