This level also features a WC. In the 1st floor there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom which comes with a washing machine. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (2 single beds in each). All villas feature air-condition units, ceiling fans in all rooms and the terrace on the ground floor, flat-screen TV, dvd player, HiFi systems, hair dryer, ventilators, while guests get free wi-fi and free parking for 2 cars per villa.

Each villa can boost its guest capacity by 2 persons (6+2). Next to the main entrance of each villa there is a guest room available, a small studio which features its own separate entrance, a double bed and bathroom, and all the amenities such as: flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan, refrigerator and equipment for coffee. The Guest room is available with an extra charge.
