This is a beautiful House for your vacation in Greece. Private house with a large garden with lot of shade and direct access to the beach in a beautiful lagoon. All the amenities are in place, like washer, dishwasher, internet, etc.

This is a traditional house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It consists of a maisonette a separate guest suite and plenty of outside space.
The ground floor of the maisonette hosts a cosy sitting room with three sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The attic upstairs provides a comfortable double bedroom with views over the garden and the beach. Downstairs there a nicely decorated twin room, with a separate entrance. (This room has no private bathroom).

Outside the main house, a cosy suite for two ensures privacy for the guests.
The lounge area and the double bedrooms are equipped with a/c , the twin room with a floor fan and they all enjoy beautiful views around.
The house is surrounded by a vast private garden offering shade and serenity and is equipped with garden furniture such as built-in dining table and sitting, bbq facilities and sunbeds on the beach.

The villa is conveniently situated near Ormos Panagias, Nikiti and Vourvourou. Supermarkets and general amenities are a few minutes drive away.
The greater area is famous for its beautiful beaches, gourmet restaurants and tavernas, as well as a yacht marina. Small boats start from the fishing village of Ormos Panagias and offer excursions to Mount Athos.
Other activities offered in the area include water sports, boat rental, horse riding, hiking and biking to name but a few!
