Each Crete villa features individual parking place and swimming pool. Car essential while staying – nearest beach, shopping and dining facilities are 1,5-2 km away. Villas feature modern Cretan style –fully furnished and equipped, interiors are decorated with earthy colors.
Measuring 75 sq. m., these ground floor villas are perfect to accommodate a couple or parents with kids. Maximum capacity is 4 persons.
Inside, there is 1 double bedroom with ample wardrobe, elegantly decorated, 1 big bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and all laundry facilities, open plan lounge. Lounge area incorporates a sitting zone with a sofa and armchairs, TV and stereo system, dining set and a kitchen, which has full set of crockery and utensils for self-cooking. The sofa in the lounge converts into extra bed for 2 persons.
Both living room and bedroom have large doors, opening to the veranda. Villas are very elegantly and stylishly furnished, wireless internet provided.
Guests of the villa can enjoy private use of the swimming pool (28 sq. m.) to swim and relax. Umbrella, sun loungers and outdoor shower available on the lawn. There is also a kids pool area with 70 cm depth only. Same area has a barbeque area with built-in oven and shaded dining zone.
