Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, villa is about 2-minute walk from the sea and 1,5 km away from an organized beach with couple of local taverns, shops, cafes. The villa itself consists of 2 levels with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms –maximum accommodation is 11-12 guests. Main entrance is on the upper floor and offers a spacious lounge, which incorporates a living room, kitchen and dining area. Interiors of the villa feature very modern style, very spacious and bright, tastefully furnished. Here you can relax by the fireplace, watch TV, wireless internet access provided throughout the property. Kitchen comes with full set of necessary cooking tools and appliances, crockery and cutlery, dining table sits 10. This level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The lower floor of the villa houses 5 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (tub). From here, guests have direct access to the pool terrace and garden. Bedrooms offer one double, two single or a semi-double bed.
