The villa consists of two autonomous – independent apartments that do not communicate with each other, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed each, and a trial wardrobe. Each apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and on the first floor there is a double bed. Both apartments have autonomous heating, fireplace, A/C, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and full household equipment. In the living rooms of both houses there is a sofa that opens to a bed and accommodates an additional two people each, increasing the total number of guests to 14*. (4+2 on the ground floor & 6+2 on the first floor)
The swimming pool area is dominated by the BBQ with dining tables, wood oven, grill, cooking stoves, refrigerator, freezer, sink, full household equipment and a full WC.
There is another dining room under a big tree, with a tree house for children and adults!
