Ideal for large families and groups of friends the villa offers 6 spacious air conditioned bedrooms with 5 private en-suite bathrooms, as well as individual kitchenettes (a main kitchen is also available).

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a sitting room, a living – dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on the same floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60m width) and an optional built bed with a mattress (70-80cm width) as long as an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60m width) and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds (90cm width, each). This room has its own entrance door, however it can communicate with the second bedroom (by a separating door) and share the same bathroom. There is also a communal bathroom (with shower) on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are three more bedrooms. The first one has a queen size bed (1.60m width), with an en-suite bathroom. The second one has a queen size bed (1.60m width) with an en-suite bathroom. The third one has a queen size bed (1.60m width) and a sofa/bed (with mattress - 90cm width) with an en-suite bathroom as well.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and offer kitchenets (with a sink, a small fridge and a boiler).

In terms of outdoor areas there is a swimming pool, a dining table with chairs, sunbeds, BBQ area and a large garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants.

In the evening, the villa, the garden and the pool have automatically adjusted ambient lighting creating a particularly pleasant environment for relaxation.

The access to the house is from the national road of Rhodes - Lindos, through a private electric gate. Also, the villa offers private parking space.

The villa is located just a short drive from the scenic beach of Vlicha in the south of Rhodes island. The sandy beach is ideal for families with young children that will appreciate games on the golden sand while the elderly have a relaxing time by the beachfront. Vlicha is an organized beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols as well as a few places to buy drinks and snacks.
