Each Villa with :
A peaceful location ideal for families seeking relaxation, social distancing and privacy. The villa includes a Private heated infinity Pool and playground for children.

Main building
The villa consists of three floors. A semi - basement, the ground floor and the first floor. The villa has four spacious bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and utility room. Another extra WC, is provided in the main area.
The semi - basement consists of a laundry room, a playroom and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The ground floor includes a fully fitted complete kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher, a dining area, a sitting area with a WC and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). From the main level guests have a direct access to the pool for relaxing and sunbathing.

On the first floor, there is only an ensuite bedroom, and a terrace from where you can enjoy the infinity blue of the sea and the lake while reading a book or relaxing.

Outdoors
The property provides a huge 5000m2 plot of grass, as well as a private swimming pool of 55m2. The swimming pool has 0,7m. Shallow edge and 1,50m depth. Also, an outdoors BBQ, with dining table and chairs are provided.

Local supermarket is available 10 minutes away by car but we can arrange for bigger supermarket during your way to the villa from the airport or a delivery can be arranged at the property.

The beach under the house is accessed by 25 meter private easy access ramp with a small incline and including stairs. The waters in front are excellent for swimming with crystal clear waters. Furthermore in about 10 min walk is the Halikounas beach (4km sandy beach) one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Corfu – ideal for those early morning walks or jogging.
