Villa in 3 levels and can accept a family or group of 8 guests. At guests’ service, there are 4 double bedrooms. Each one comes with an individual air-conditioning unit, ample wardrobes with mirrors, very bright and airy. Two bedrooms are on the second floor and feature balconies, while two others are located in the basement.
Main ground level has a big living room with comfortable sofa, armchairs by the fireplace. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV, WIFI internet and DVD player. Same floor offers modernly equipped kitchen, dining area and a guest WC. Panoramic windows in the kitchen open directly to the garden and pool. Also, there is a shaded terrace adjacent to the villa – perfect for late breakfast. Laundry room is located between the basement and the ground level.
Guests can use 2 bathrooms, each one with shower facility, located in the basement and on second floor accordingly.
Villas’ garden boasts a big green lawn with a swimming pool of 55 sq. m., plenty of sun loungers provided for guests to relax, play and sunbath. Barbeque equipment and shaded outdoor dining area provided for family gatherings and open air dining.
