Villa measures about 192 sq. m., constructed according to contemporary style of highest quality materials, consists of three levels. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Very spacious and tastefully decorated, it guarantees absolute privacy to its guests.
In the basement, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, both air-conditioned, with ample wardrobes. Rooms share 1 large shower room and a toilet. Semi-basement has a laundry room.
Main ground floor offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen, which has all modern tools, cooking appliances and large panoramic windows with garden and pool view. Dining table sits 8. Next to the kitchen is a cozy living room with big corner sofa, TV, separate sitting area has a fireplace, WIFI available.
Between the first and second floor there is a guest bathroom, while the top floor includes 2 more bedrooms, also air-conditioned and storage space, both room have a small balcony. In addition, you can find 1 more bathroom (shower).
Outside, the villa boasts a big green lawn with a swimming pool (approx. 55 sq. m.), plenty of sun loungers provided for guests to relax, play and sunbath. Necessary facilities provided for guests to make barbeque and dine alfresco.
The villa is situated on a quiet spot ideal for relaxing holidays, however if you want enjoy the vibrant nightlife of famous Sani resort, endless beaches, authentic Greek cuisine, all the facilities are quickly accessed.
