The living room opens to the kitchen, and an internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Next to the living room there is a toilet.

Villa has three double bedrooms, one on the first floor with a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) - the other two on the second floor once with a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) and once with two single beds (0.9m x 2.0m) that can be converted into a double bed. A safe deposit box ensures the safety of your valuables. There are spacious built-in wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers, decorated in a modern style. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite.

The comfortable villa is located on a plot of 1500 sqm and has a private heated pool (7.00 m 5.00 m) with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas for 8 people, a paved terrace and a dining table under the wooden pergola that can seat up to 10 people. The private gardens also offers a separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The villa and its surroundings are wheelchair accessible on the first floor as there are ramps and a double bedroom on the first floor. The bathroom, however, might be too cramped for direct wheelchair use.

The private, fenced parking lot can accommodate up to 5 cars.
