Same level houses 1 twin bedroom, which is suitable for people with special needs or elderly, with ensuite bathroom. Adjoining terrace overlooks the main garden and sea.

On the lowest level, by the main pool there is a large open plan lounge facing both sea and pool. The open plan kitchen is linked to outside covered terraces on both sides. In addition, barbeque facilities provided. One more double bedroom with bathroom ensuite is also on this level.

Very top floor houses 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi bathroom ensuite and exit onto a spectacular sea view terrace. Besides, there is a third bedroom for children, with private shower room.

In front of the villa, there is a big swimming pool of 77 sq. m. (heated if necessary), with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor shower fitted on the deck for ultimate comfort. Moreover, an outdoor hot tub is at guests' disposal.
