The space is divided into 2, one main big space (kitchen, dining, sitting and games space, toilet), which has amazing views and with 3 rooms with en suite. A small door to the outside leads to another space with two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Then there is a small self contained apartment downstairs which has a kitchen, bed, sofa and further bathroom. It’s a great space for big groups

 The pool and its facilities are wonderful and enjoyable; there is a shaded area next to the pool and a very good BBQ facility.

The location of the villa is excellent; a car is required to reach the area’s attractions. The beaches are a 5-minute drive away and so is the town center of Porto Heli. Porto Heli has a lot of taverns to eat out at right on the port with beautiful views. Spetses island is a 10 min drive and 10 water taxi.
