The Villa is located approximately 2km away from Ermioni’s centre and it is fully equipped as to enjoy your summer vacations in the area! The villa has a private pool, a tennis court, barbeque and a pool table amongst other things.
The villa is comprised by the main building and 2 studio apartments and can accomodate 15 guests.

All bedrooms are furnished with luxury orthopedic mattresses composed of toxin-free materials and equipped with bespoke padded headboards.

The  main house which is consisted of 3 floors and 2 semi-floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, the main living room and a WC. On the mezzanine floor there is a very nice work area with a desk and a PC while on the 1st floor is the master bedroom equipped with a double bed and large bathroom. In the semi-basement of the villa there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom while on the lower floor of the villa there is a playroom which is equipped with armchairs, a large flat-screen TV and a pool table.

In addition to the main house there are two independent apartments equipped with a double bed, a living room, kitchenette and a bathroom. Also extra beds can be added upon request.

Regarding the outdoor spaces of the villa, the garden is very well maintained and beautifully landscaped on different levels. Amongst the facitilies there are a swimming pool with jacuzzi and counter-swimming mechanism, a fully equipped BBQ, a twelve-seater dining room, a pool bar, WC and finally a tennis court. These facilities are framed by beautiful and comfortable outdoor furniture, such as outdoor seating and sun loungers so you can enjoy your summer vacation to the fullest. All of the living areas are air-conditioned and there is a high speed Wi-Fi connection available.

The area plot of 4.5 acres in them is a tennis court with the mat. It is a very green area with olive trees and pomegranates with panoramic views of Ermioni. It is also suitable for people with disabilities. Even there is a toilet with anteroom. It also has a covered parking for 4 cars and can through space to park 10 (other sources).

Explore the surrounding areas including Porto-cheli, Kilada, Kranidi and Saladi within a few minutes by car. Take the Flying Dolphin to visit Spetses or Hydra. Enjoy the beaches of Kounoupi, the area of Agios Emilianos, Kova’s white beach (small bay), Ververoda’s beach bar and canteens, as well as the area of Hinitsa and the well-known “Giagia” tavern for ouzo and fish.
