Villa over three floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge area and dining zone with two sets of wide patio doors, opening onto the covered terrace by the large swimming pool. The lounge is tastefully furnished with big TV set, cozy sofas and the dining table sits 10 guests. Kitchen has a central island and all necessary tools and appliances for self-cooking. Same level has 1 double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, individual bathroom (shower).

From the lounge, the stairs lead up to the first floor with 2 bedrooms. One of them is a master suite with a luxury bathroom (shower and bathtub), a sitting area and ample wardrobes. The second bedroom features a double bed, private bathroom. Both bedrooms access a balcony that is overlooking the surroundings.

The second, top level accommodates 2 more twin bedrooms both with ensuite showers, as well as a spacious and rest area for guests to read, relax, watch TV or play games.

Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful swimming pool with infinity edge, so that the water merges the deep blue sea and horizon. Plenty of sun loungers provided for guests to relax, play and sunbath. Those, who prefer sea, benefit when staying here – as the nearest beach is literally in few steps, just downhill. All equipped with sunbeds. Next to the pool is a covered pergola with lounge furniture and two equipped areas for barbeque.
