Villa  is only 200 meters from the beach and offers beautiful sea views beyond the private heated pool.

The interior of the living and dining room is decorated with natural stone, marble, wood and a beautiful fireplace. There is a TV with satellite , DVD player, music system and air conditioning, the use of which is included in the price. The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the three bedrooms.

The luxurious fully equipped kitchen has SIEMENS household appliances such as microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, grill/sandwich maker and mixer. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms, you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing kit.

The villa has three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.9m x 2.0m) that convert to a double bed and one has a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m).
A safe deposit box ensures the safety of your valuables. There are spacious built-in wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions with satellite reception. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have WiFi with internet access. Two bathrooms. One of them is connected to the master bedroom with a shower, one with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a toilet. All bathrooms are furnished in a modern style.
