The ground floor master bedroom with en suite bathroom which accesses the central courtyard and its outside shower and lavatory. The Master bedroom inter connects with a twin bedroom and en suit shower (if required) or alternatively it can be accessed via the front terrace. The sitting/ dining room flows onto the front terrace with its covered sitting area and al fresco dining area The second twin bedroom leads off the sitting.
The fully equipped kitchen leads onto a shaded breakfast and BBQ seating 2/5 with views to pool and garden. The top floor twin bedroom boasts two balconies, one of which has spectacular views over the sea and is ideal for private sunbathing. The overflow pool is all one depth ( 2 meters) with a shallow raised area for young children (only with supervision)
