Family Private pool Villa in Halkidiki with 4 bedrooms, Kassandra.

Villa consists of three floors and a separated fully equipped auxiliary house with queen size bed, kitchen, bathroom and Aegean view balcony.

Semi-Ground floor includes two bedrooms with queen size beds, wardrobes and tv’s, bathroom and relaxing living room designed for kids with a couch that turns into double bed and baby bed.

Ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, well furnished living room with smart tv, a w .c. and dinning table.

First floor has the master bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.
All spaces has airconditions. At the terrace there is a dining table for 6 persons, private pool (3*10*0.8) with four sunbeds and umbrellas. At the end of the terrace there is one more outdoor living room at the edge of the hill. The Villa's terrace has also a built barbecue by the pool and a backyard.

The space as well as all the bed linen and towels are thoroughly and professionally disinfected after each reservation.
The pool man visits the place every Tuesday and Friday between the times 10.00-13.00 for about half an hour, in order to check, cleand and maintain the pool in good condition.
The gardener comes every Thursday between the times 10.00-13.00 for about half an hour in order to clean and maint the garden in good condition.
