Near the famous Kournas Lake, the only natural lake among the Mediterranean Sea. Its location, provide guests with the opportunity to visit Rethymnon or Chania as it is only 20km far from the city of Rethymnon and 35 km far from the city of Chania. The neighborhood provides a great variety of local restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The beautiful beaches of Kavros, Georgioupolis are only 2 to 3 km far from the villas. The airport of Chania is 45km far from the villas and Heraklion is about 90km far.
You can easily walk to the village and tavernas, cafes. However if you are planning to do sightseeing, reach the beach, supermarkets etc a car is necessary.
