Cozy villa available for rent, located in a few steps away from the beach, which is almost private. The beach is pebble with shallow waters, which is perfect when travelling with kids. It stands on the north-western coast of the island and perfectly fits for couples and families. Within walking distance, there are essential facilities available - small shops, local taverns.
Villa comprises of three levels and has its own driveway, fully fenced to make the stay here private and secluded.
The ground floor houses a spacious open plan living room with comfortable sofas, which is linked to the dining area and well-equipped kitchen. One more living room via broad sliding doors has access to a large covered verandah.

Upper level includes 2 bedrooms – with one double or two single beds. Both of them feature private bathrooms (shower).One more common WC is located between the rooms.

Top level houses 3 more bedrooms. First is a master bedroom with private sea view terrace, bathroom. Second bedroom has two single beds, third one with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have individual shower room.

Beautiful swimming pool of 84 sq. m. with kid’s area complements the garden, with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor shower fitted on the deck for ultimate comfort. The place is absolutely quiet and natural, with no noise, immersed in the green, green hills behind and blue sea ahead. Also, there stands a shaded pergola with barbecue oven and dining set - perfect for open air meals. Our little guests can play in the garden, where there is an inflatable trampoline, swings and outdoor chess.

The picturesque village nearby is very traditional and charming, offering authentic Greek cuisine at the taverns and bars. At the beach, you can easily rent a boat to explore the pretty bays along the neighboring coastline, go fishing or just sunbathing. A variety of watersports is available at several nearby locations.
Renting a car allows you to explore the island further. From the nearby port of Sidari daily boat trips leave for nearest islands and beaches along the coast.
