Beachfront Villa in Kassandra with 4 bedrooms, Halkidiki.
The villa is split in 4 levels, making it a great place for families and groups of people (up to 8 persons) to come together.
By entering the villa on the ground floor, guests benefit from the large living room with an A/C unit and open plan kitchen, fully equipped (with dishwasher, filter coffee and Nespresso machine) for a comfortable stay. On this floor there is also a dining corner where guests can enjoy their meals, WC and direct access to the main balcony where there is a dining space,too.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom I has a queen size bed, A/C unit, wardrobe and ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom II has a queen size bed, A/C unit, wardrobe and ensuite full bathroom too. There is also a balcony on this floor with a wooden dining table.
On the second floor, bedroom III is located, with a queen size bed, A/C unit, wardrobe, ensuite full bathroom and direct access to the balcony.
The lowest floor of the villa is partly underground but natural light comes in from the windows. It consists of one more bedroom IV with queen size bed, A/C unit, wardrobe and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a small living room and a kitchenette on this floor.

Keep in mind that the villa is semi detached and there is a balcony divider only on the ground floor.
There are 4 full bathrooms and 1 WC in the villa.
There is an A/C unit in each one bedroom as well as in the main living room.

take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
