The villa consists of two levels and a loft, measuring about 260 sq. m. Fully equipped at highest standards, tastefully furnished, this villa offers modern home appliances and all you may need on vacations. Both heating and air-conditioning installed, so that you feel comfortable any time of the year.

The main level has large open-plan living room, with cozy sofas, TV. The area incorporates dining zone. Next to it, is a fully equipped kitchen, which has all modern cooking tools and appliances you may need for meals preparation. There are 2 master bedrooms on this level – equipped with a queen size bed and a futon-sofa. Each room comes with TV, ample wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Living room has access to a covered veranda with dining and lounge set, where you can have you late breakfast and enjoy fresh air. Same floor has a separate guest WC.

Staircase leads up to the first floor, which houses 3 more bedrooms. Two of them have twin beds, the third bedrooms is a double. Also, there are 2 bathrooms on his level. All bedrooms exit to a nice sunny balcony, overlooking the pool, garden and surroundings.

In addition, the house features a loft, suitable for 2-3 guests. Here you can find 2 single beds, a futon-sofa, private bathroom and a kitchenette. The house is complemented with a private swimming pool with 2 Jacuzzi areas. Spacious deck around has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxation. Next to the pool, is a built-in barbeque station and shaded dining zone – good for refreshing drink during the day or delicious dinner in the evening.
