Complex villa near the beach in Rhodes, Greece. An exclusive 2-bedroom villa in the south-east of Rhodes, within just 200 m away from the beach. Fully fenced, the villa stands hidden among stone hills and lush garden, giving privacy and seclusion to its guests, at the same time being very close to the essential holiday facilities. A good variety of shops, taverns, cafes, pharmacy, ATM, car rental agencies – all you can reach by foot. Car is not essential, but we still recommend to rent one for more convenience. Both airport and Rhodos town are about 50 km away.

Villa has two double bedrooms with double beds (1,6m x 2,0m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0,9m x 2,0m). The comfortable quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box ensures the safety of your valuables. There are built-in wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV sets with satellite. Bed linen is changed twice a week, while you can change additional sheets and comforter covers as often as you like free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have WiFi with internet access. The villa a bathroom with shower, a second bathroom belonging to the master bedroom and an additional toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen has all electrical appliances including microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a complete set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage room you will also find an iron and ironing board.

The outdoor area has a private pool (7.00 m x 5.00 m) with mosaic. There are also six sun loungers, garden furniture and a built-in barbecue that you are welcome to use. There is a large garden where children can play. The villa is fenced and has private parking.
