Villas feature similar style and layout, being different in the number of bedrooms. Both are fully furnished and modernly equipped, with all necessary amenities for convenient stay. Extra comforts granted to every guest as only high-quality mattresses(COCO Mat), bed linen and towels are used. Villas could be rented together or separately.

Villa 1 : The villa accommodates maximum 6-8 guests, consisting of three levels.
On the ground floor, there is a large open plan living room, spacious and airy, with comfortable sofas. Wide patio doors open to the pool terrace. For entertainment, there is a big flat screen TV, wireless internet access, PlayStation 4. Outdoor dining zone for 6. Kitchen comes with full range of cooking tools, appliances and tableware. Same floor has 1 bedroom (double) and a bathroom.
First floor includes 2 more bedrooms – 1 master with a double bed and private bathroom, balcony, while second room comes with two single beds. In addition, there is one more bathroom. Lower ground floor offers laundry room and game room with a sofa, convertible into a bed for 2

Villa 2 : Villa comprises of three floors and sleeps up to 4-6 guests.
Its ground floor offers main open plan lounge, which incorporates a kitchen and sitting zone with sofas, TV. Kitchen has full set of crockery and cooking appliances, patio doors open to a shaded veranda with dining set. On the same level, there is 1 bathroom.
Upper floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with big double bed and individual bathroom, access to a large balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 single bedrooms, which can be converted into a double, a private bathroom.
There is extra space in the villa on the lower ground floor with a laundry room, game room. There is a sofa, which can be transformed into a bed for 2 guests.

Each villa has a private swimming pool with big deck around, sun loungers and umbrellas, pool shower. In addition, barbeque equipment provided for guests to enjoy alfresco meals.
