The beach is in walking distance (less than 2 minutes), which is very convenient especially when travelling with kids. Nearest facilities could be also reached on foot and a bigger town with wide selection of restaurants, shops and bars is in 10 minutes’ drive only.

The interior of the villa is very modern and classy with beautiful polished parquet flooring throughout. House has three levels: Its ground floor has a living room with dining area, tastefully furnished for most comfort with sofas by the fireplace, TV, DVD, wireless internet and big dining table. It open out to a shaded terrace where you can relax or dine alfresco enjoying the sea views. Further is a fully equipped kitchen, separated from the lounge and a guest WC.

Wooden stairs lead to the first level which houses a master-bedroom with king size bed and has individual bathroom (with Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower with massage/ jet shower function). Moreover, this bedroom also has a large private sea facing balcony. Adjacent is a twin bedded room with ensuite shower room, good for children.

The lower pool level of the house offers a large open plan playroom with billiard table and an office area. Two single sofa beds in this area could be used as additional sleeping place for 2 guests. One more shower room available.

The property also offers and outdoor huge swimming pool. It is about 55 sq. m. with wooden deck around, sunbeds provided for rest under the sun. A built-in traditional barbeque allows to cook delicious grilled dinner and enjoy your family gatherings during vacations.
