Villa is surrounded by a lush garden giving privacy and seclusion to its guests. The house consists of two levels and accommodates up to 10 guests. The house comes with both central heating and air-conditioning, so it is suitable for living any time of the year. Soft furnishings and clear décor create cozy feeling like home.
At guests’ disposal, there is a very spacious living room with 2 sofas by the fireplace. For guests’ relaxation and entertainment, there is a flat screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player, wireless internet access. Few steps go up to a dining area, while the kitchen meets all the requirements for self-cooking (oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, set of plates, cutlery, glassware). Another dining area is arranged on the terrace to enjoy unique moments of serenity with sea views.
There are 5 bedrooms in the villa – 1 double and 1 twin on the ground floor, while the first floor houses 3 more bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin). All the bedrooms enjoy great views over the pool and the sea. In addition, there are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 2 family bathrooms with a shower.

In front of the villa, there is a big terrace complemented with a private swimming pool. Next to there is a barbeque area and a dining set provided to gather up for alfresco dinner.
